eprportugal.com is designed to transform entity, channel, catalog, mandate, registration, contracts and annual data into a verifiable process for non-resident companies.
Why we built the product
The obligation crosses borders; portals and contracts do not.
A sale to Portugal can link a foreign company to Portuguese rules, a bilingual mandate, SILiAmb, a producer responsibility organisation and a portfolio statement. Each element has its own decision maker and date.
Our job is to organize the private service, show assumptions and blockages, ask for human authorizations and preserve the evidence. We do not issue official numbers or transform a commercial proposal into a legal decision.
The team's experience in cross-border administrative products influenced the architecture, but does not replace the legal identity, powers or approvals required to launch the Portuguese service.
How to win
Every important statement needs state and origin.
Versioned rules
Deadlines, tables, sources, classifications and assumptions store the version, effective date and review status.
Explicit authorizations
Subscription, payment, external submission, correction and deletion are not inferred from a previous click.
Independent third parties
APA, SILiAmb, the managing entity and each marketplace control their decisions, documents and times.
Minimized data
The portal only collects what is necessary, separates access by case and avoids including credentials in messages or analyses.
Closed failure
If the identity, contract, real secret, legal-reviewer approval, or launch decision is missing, the product blocks the action.
Product equipment
People behind the construction, not a substitute legal identity.
