The system does not assign the Starter just because the volume is low. Eligibility is verified from the entity, channels, streams, and history.

The configured private price is the same for the service scopes, but WEEE and battery contributions can only be estimated after catalog and producer responsibility organisation classification.

There is no general low-volume registration exemption. Below 1,000 kg, Electrão’s 2026 RAPD table limits the contribution to the lower of €125/year and the normal-regime calculation; the amount depends on urban or non-urban classification, materials, ecomodulation, and the confirmed contract.

Pricing Questions

What is included in the service price?

Private work described in the proposal and within the limits of the plan. Contributions, taxes and third-party costs are separate.

Does the customer receive a Portuguese NIF?

No. The foreign producer uses the tax number of the country of origin through the authorized representative in this route.

Does Starter include previous years?

No. Any history or regularization excludes Starter eligibility and requires its own review and budget.

Can they charge before there is an approved legal identity?

Not in production. Checkout, documents and actual activation remain blocked until required identity, tax treatment, contracts and approvals exist.

Does the price guarantee registration?

No. The price remunerates the private service. APA, SILiAmb, the producer responsibility organisation and any platform decide independently.
