Do you sell to Portugal through EU Amazon sites?
The Starter is intended for one company, packaging only, sales to Portugal exclusively through EU Amazon sites, up to 500 kg per year and without historical regularization. Eligibility is verified before the offer and does not change the platform's decision.

The absence of an order on the panel does not determine legal obligation. The dossier is built based on sales, the entity and the products.
A number is treated as a universal answer
SILiAmb issues numbers per flow. Packaging, electrical equipment and battery may require different lines and proof.
PPWR watch is mistaken for an Amazon guarantee
The PPWR applies verification requirements to platforms starting 12 August 2026, but each platform maintains its implementation and review.

FAQ
Does Amazon already require a Portuguese number?
We do not assert uniform application until there is a public source or evidence of the seller's account. The PPWR creates a duty to verify platforms from 12 August 2026, but Amazon controls its own fields, deadlines and decisions.
Does Amazon's Pay on Behalf solve Portugal?
No. The currently known program does not constitute a Portuguese registration route. The producer continues to need to analyze EPR in Portugal.
Can I use the same number for packaging, equipment and battery?
We don't assume that. SILiAmb handles the record by flow and the dossier keeps each number in the flow to which it belongs.
Do you guarantee that the platform will accept the documents?
No. We deliver the evidence issued by APA, SILiAmb or the producer responsibility organisation; the platform carries out an independent review.
