Where a packaging file usually fails

Brand, seller, importer, distributor and logistics operator may be different entities. The chain must be fixed before registration.
A number is treated like the whole process
The registry shall not replace the applicable mandate, the contract with the managing entity or the recurring obligations.
The data is not gathered until the end of the year
Without inventory by component and reconciliation of sales to Portugal, the declaration no longer has an auditable basis.

FAQ
Does a sale to Portugal always make the seller the producer?
Not automatically. The entity, establishment, channel, contracts and first placing on the market must be analysed together.
Is there a general exemption for low volumes?
We do not treat a low volume as a general exemption from registration.
Are the contributions of the managing entity included?
No. The budget separates our fees from contributions and other external costs. The responsibility of the representative, who performs the payment, the billing circuit and the schedule are included in the applicable contracts.
Can you guarantee the number or the deadline?
No. We prepare and coordinate the agreed service; APA, the managing body and any platform maintain independent decisions and deadlines.
